Work it out as you read!

First of all, pick the number of times i week you would like to have sex.

(Pick more than one time.) 

Next, multiply this number by 2.

( Just to be bold.)

Now add 5.
(For Sunday.)

Then multiply it by 50.

(Being a bit stupid, I’ll wait for you to get the calculator…)

If you already had your birthday this year add 1761.

If not, then add 1760.

Now subtract the four digit year that you were born in.

(If you remember)

You should have a 3 digit number.  The first digit of this was your original number.

(The number of times a week you wanted to have sex) 

The second two digits should be your age.

(Mine was a 4 digit number the 1st time i did this, but it still worked out the same!)
